A. Information You Choose To Provide To Us
If you decide to be contacted by Feedback Loop Ltd. it will be necessary for you to provide us with certain information such as your first name, last name, email address, your role within the company you are part of, the name of the company and its size, nationality, and phone number.
C. Information we automatically acquire when you use our services
Device and usage information - We collect information about the device where you install our services or through which you access them, based on the permissions you have provided. We may combine the information we collect from your different devices in order to provide consistent services on the different devices you use. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:

b. Personalize the user experience and communication, such as showing pages in the most appropriate language and the most relevant content.
c. To derive statistical information about the use of the site, to monitor its proper functioning and make improvements.
d. Ascertain any liability in the case of computer crimes and/or on incorrect and illegal use of the site.
e. Carry out statistical analysis and classifications by processing aggregate data, previously anonymized so that it cannot be traced back to the person in any way.

The legal basis for the processing for these purposes is the protection of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, the fulfillment of legal obligations as well as for the execution of the contract with reference to the use of the App, ensuring a better browsing experience for the data subject.

The legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures to respond to the content of the data subject's requests. There is no obligation to provide the personal data requested. The provision of data is, in fact, optional. However, refusal to provide the requested data will result in the impossibility of following up the contact request.

Users' data will be processed in a lawful and correct manner, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, authorised categories involved in the organisation and management of the service provided by FeedbackLoop (administrative staff, system administrators, etc.) may have access to the data.
The data acquired through browsing the website www.yumi.network are processed exclusively by Feedback Loop srl and are not disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the right to access the data is recognized by legal provisions or orders of the authorities.
The result of statistical analysis performed on aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with business partners of the Data Controller but no personal data of the data subject will ever be disclosed to such parties.
FeedbackLoop stores data as long as this is necessary to provide its services or until the account is deleted.
Data retention time varies based on things such as : nature of the data, reason for which they are collected and processed and related legal requirements.
In any case, the criterion used to determine the retention period is based on compliance with terms permitted by applicable laws and the principles of minimization of processing and rational management of archives.
When you delete your account, we delete all data concerning you including public information and you will no longer be able to retrieve such information.
We will only keep the information required to comply with legal obligations and for a period not exceeding that necessary for compliance.
The interested party, pursuant to articles 15-22 REG UE 679/16, has the right to:
▪ access your data and receive a copy;
▪ obtain the rectification of personal data concerning you, obtaining their integration where incomplete;
▪ obtain the cancellation of your personal data;
▪ obtain the limitation of processing when certain conditions are met;
▪ receive your data or have it transferred to another owner, in a structured format, commonly used and readable if technically feasible;
▪ oppose the processing of your data for reasons connected to your particular situation;
▪ not be subjected to a fully automated decision-making process unless mandatory
The user can also contact us if he believes that Feedback Loop has no right to use certain information or if there are doubts about the way in which your data is managed or about this Notice.
Requests must be sent in writing to the Owner at the addresses indicated in paragraph no. 1 of this Notice.
In any case, the interested party always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), to pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
FeedbackLoop does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services. In this case, the service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 GDPR.
The Owner reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation.
The Data Controller therefore invites its users to regularly visit this section in order to be always updated on the data collected and on the use made of it by the Data Controller.
